The mystery deepens

How odd… I ignored the strange chest in my bedroom for a couple of days, and then opened it at random. What I found was a bit odd, the 10 notes were gone and replaced by notes saying “this piece of the puzzle is just the first”, “your clue is…”, and “Witch”!

So somewhere there is a Woman In Total Control of Herself and she’s leaving clues for me. I’ll have to see how this develops.

In other news, my Goblin engineering work is proceeding along nicely, and Tam845 has been helping me to remember that stuff needs to look good in addition to being functional. She was also happy to discover that I’d taken down the Chicken Hydra, as she calls my chicken farm.

Some odd stuff has also been happening at the Traveler’s Inn, some flora and blocks from the Nether have been appearing. I don’t know if it’s related to my mystery, we’ll have to see how things develop.

I was invited to a grand feast at the Traveler’s Inn, though I did end up having to pay for all the food myself… Clever one, that Tam845.

I asked Tam845 to build some paths to beautify Hilltop and she was eager to help once the word “bribe” came up… Did I mention she’s a clever one? I really like the paths though.
