Deep sea structure

Quite a bit has happened since my last entry, I tamed two dogs called Princess Bella and Brutus Maximus. I also built a small fishing hut in the north where I can go relax by doing a bit of fishing.

In my explorations I found an Ocean Monument (or Ocean Temple, the two terms seem to be interchangeable in my brain).

Prismarine crystals can be crushed into glowstone, prismarine is a good building material for some more “fanciful” structures, and sea lanterns are a very nice light source. So I’ve decided to drain the piece of ocean the monument stands in and turn it into a guardian farm.

This turned out to be a very big job, so having the fishing hut in the north was very good for little breaks. But eventually I got the whole area outside the monument drained, next comes the job of clearing out the inside and building my farm.
